Light microscope Axioskop 2 mot (upright) with Hamamatsu 5810 3ccd videocamera. Equipped with phase contrast, polarized filters and DIC. Extended Dapi-Filter for epi-illumination. Temperature controlling with a computer-controlled Linkam LTS 350 hot- and cooling stage (-192 to 350 °C).
